Rachel R. Keith, DO

Dr. Keith is a board certified doctor of osteopathy in family medicine. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin -Madison and earned her medical degree from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. She completed her residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Dr. Rachel Keith practices at the SSM Health Dean Medical Group Clinic in Dodgeville, WI. She also sees patients at Upland Hills® Health in Dodgeville.

The focus of Dr. Keith’s practice is primary care, providing osteopathic manipulation. She has a special interest in women's health and pediatrics.

Dr. Keith is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians.

In her time away from the office, Dr. Keith loves to travel and spend time with her family. She is also very active in a variety of outdoor activities, including backpacking, running, and cycling.
